How to Overcome Stage Fright When Giving A Speech

You know what I am talking about. You're getting ready to present and...
Your palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy
There's vomit on your sweater already, mom's spaghetti.
You're nervous, but on the surface you look calm and ready
To drop bombs, but you keeps on forgettin'
What you wrote down, the whole crowd goes so loud
You open your mouth, but the words won't come out
You're chokin', how, everybody's jokin' now
The clocks run out, times up, over, blaow!
Snap back to reality, oh there goes gravity

Ok...Those aren't my lyrics. They are Eminem's but the sentiment remains the same. What do you do when you have a powerful message to share but can't bring yourself to deliver it the right way because of your emotions. Many of us have powerful messages that need to be shared so it's important we learn how channel our nervous energy into powerful messages. Hope this helps.
