Cheap vs. Efficiency
The idea of getting something cheaper will always be appealing to most humans but when applying that concept to your business and life in general, beware of the trade offs.
Are you sacrificing quality for more work?
Are you complicating matters instead of delegating tasks because you don't want to hire someone extra?
Are you working smart or hard?
When faced with these dilemmas, you should ask yourself how much work the product or service will get done and not what the cheapest product/service is.
At the end of the day, time is money and you will spend more of it if you choose cheap over efficiency. You want to get more done in less time not less done in more time.
